Archive & Disposition

A closed, immutable repository with a destruction clock, human-approved dispositions and a full access audit.

The archive is a closed repository: nothing in it can be edited, by anyone, including administrators. Access is granted separately from workspace membership and every view is recorded.

A destruction clock schedules end-of-life, but nothing is destroyed without a human approving the disposition — and the approval itself becomes part of the audit trail.

What you get
A closed repository where nothing can be edited — by anyone
A destruction clock with human approval before anything is destroyed
Per-access audit: every view of an archived document is recorded
